No growth, no pay
Part of the deal is no growth, no pay. As Marshall Goldsmith and all of the 1,300 MGSCC® certified coaches world-wide have confidence in the process we only get paid if the involved stakeholders proved by mini-surveys that the coachee has improved in the defined areas of leadership growth.
Until the end of the program, usually after 12 months, you pay only if the leader has measurably improved his/her leadership effectiveness. If the leader hasn’t grown no fees apply.
